More Dewey
Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World by Vicki Myron with Bret Witter is one of our most requested Early Reviewer books this month. Unfortunately, there were only 15 copies available—and with a few hours left now, there are a whopping 1,637 members requesting a copy to read and review. So our friends at Grand Central Publishing decided to double the number of books they're giving out, and now 30 lucky members will get a chance to read and review Dewey. Thanks to them.To everyone who requested an Early Reviewer book in this September batch, you'll find out soon if you won one!

I bought myself the Dutch book today! :-)
When I was browsing my home city's library page, I saw that one of the co-authors, Bret Witter and who is a native from Louisville, KY, is going to be at the main public library on December 11th at 7pm and wanted to let everybody on LibraryThing to know about it. You have to reserve tickets on the website at www.lfpl.org.
